Comes in early and generally stays the winter. 

Park at the trailhead for Giant Mountain's Ridge Trail. Ascend to then take the trail toward Rocky Peak Ridge. About 20 minutes down, enter the slide near the "Overlook" sign. Traverse about 1000' over and down the slide via several ledges, snowfields, and low angle ice to the crease. Climbs the crease between Giant's east and southeast faces.
