Description Suggest change

This is great and varied addition to the routes in upper section of The Gap.  If you have enjoyed Prize Rooster this one will be right up your alley.

The climb begins by trending up and right on an amazing selection of tufas, drips, and pockets before you establish into a wonderful stemming corner and the meat of the route.  The middle section is delicate with some committing moves that will lead you to generally good clipping stances.  Finally the corner ends at a bulge with some cryptic pockets and chert holds that you must solve in order to gain the final slab and balance moves that lead to the chains.

This is a wonderfully diverse offering, and similar to the neighboring climbs this would be a trade route if not for the hike.  This little area is indeed a lonely planet compared to the small crowd and yardsale of climbing gear you are likely to now encounter at The Bowling Alley on a weekend day out climbing.

Location Suggest change

Begins just below the prominent tufas of Spanglish Class and heads up and right toward the obvious corner.
