Description Suggest change

Standard Stone Mountain runout friction climbing.

P1 - 120' with 3 bolts and bolted anchors.  Getting to the 1st bolt at 30-40' off the ground is the crux of the route.  Climbing moderates some after 1st bolt.

P2 - 120' with 2 bolts and bolted anchors.  5.9ish to 2nd bolt, 5.8ish after.  Continue up or rap here.

P3 - 100' with no bolts (or some old bolts to climber's right just below a large shelf) and gear anchor, 5.8ish.  The most likely line aims at some large dyke features to left side of a large shelf.  These could be slung for protection, but not really much point by then as it 5.5ish by then.  Just above the large shelf on the left side is large block and small pine for gear anchor.

P4 - 100'+ of lower angle rock.  Choose your route up.

Location Suggest change

Keep heading climber's right along the base, pass the Grand Funk dykes, then downhill. Pass the dark and mossy water streak of Brown Sugar to a low area, then up small rise. Locate double bolts about 30' off the ground just on the left side of the small rise.

Protection Suggest change

Bolts and bolted anchors with rings on P1 & P2. No bolts or bolted anchors after P2. Opportunity for gear anchors.
