Description
This route is a mixed line. There are six bolts with trad gear placements in between some of the bolts on pitch one. A solid climber probably won't place any trad gear on the first pitch. The route follows the arete up to a ledge then goes left out onto the face and over a bulge just before you get to the anchors. The next pitch is trad and follows a broken face with good gear placements in mostly horizontal cracks. You will come to a ledge about 30 feet before you reach the top. There is a single bolt off the ledge as you move onto the second face. This single bolt can also be used to move left about 30 feet into another crack system that goes to the top. Once on the second face, you will find more good trad gear placements. There is a second rap station on top of the second face. The third pitch scrambles out and to the North to the low-angle face. Easy climbing to the summit. All trad and trees for anchors at the top.
