Warning Access Issue: Seasonal Raptor Closures ***** RAIN AND WET ROCK ***** The sandstone in Zion is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Holds rip off and climbs have been and will continue to be permanently damaged due to climbers not respecting this phenomenon. After a heavy storm the rock will remain wet, sometimes for several days. PLEASE DO NOT CLIMB IN ZION during or after rain. A good rule of thumb is that if the ground near your climb is at all damp (and not powdery dry sand), then do not climb. There are many alternatives (limestone, granite, basalt, and plastic) nearby. Description Suggest change

This is the 3 bolt extension to the 1/2 route. In order to distinguish ratings and comments between the two I’m adding this as a separate route. After finishing the first 7 bolts of the 1/2 route, continue jugging on past three more bolts to a two bolt anchor. A couple longer moves on smaller jugs, separated by the huge jugs you’ve grown accustomed to from below. Movement is fun and thought provoking adding a spectacular finish to the 1/2 route. Highly recommended.
