Description Suggest change

The slab that starts the route is the crux. No place to fall, but the climbing is easy on good rock. The rib/gulley above is easier and not dangerously exposed. The slab angle is about 55 degrees, the rib/gulley is 45 degrees. This has always been climbed as a solo/scramble without ropes. From the top of the climbing continue up the ridge between Airplane bowl and Sacajawea bowl to the top of Sacajawea and descend the regular hiking trail.

Location Suggest change

Obvious slab at the base of Sacajawea Peak in the Hardscrabble/Sacajawea cirque.

Protection Suggest change
