Warning Access Issue: Red Rock RAIN AND WET ROCK: The sandstone is fragile and is very easily damaged when wet. DetailsDrop down

Description Suggest change

Belay from the wash. Great protection up a wide crack with varying face holds. After the crack mellows out, trend left up a steep ledge and belay from above. Potential groundfall on the ledge without extending protection but significant rope drag is possible if you don't extend, pick your poison. Great views of the winter warmer wall on top. Walk off to the left.

Location Suggest change

Start from the wash, obvious bulging crack that trends left.

Protection Suggest change

Gear to #6 fits, but a 6 is not necessary to protect this.
