Description Suggest change

Rapide is a short and sweet route up the slightly overhanging dihedral. Good locks and laybacks lead to a good hold for the mantel over the edge at the top of the dihedral. Continue up the slab to the large roof where an anchor with small nuts and gear can be made.

Descent: either: a) downclimb Dig Your Own Hole, and traverse left across the P2 ledge to get to the bottom of the route, or b) continue to the left through the bushes, and reach the rappel anchor visible around the tree above the large slab to the left.

Location Suggest change

Climb the first two pitches of Trenchtown, and traverse left across the ledge. This route is visible to the right.

Protection Suggest change

0.3-0.75, small nuts, and a blue and purple Metolius work well for an anchor.
