Description Suggest change

This route was named in honor of my cat Daximus, a gentle soul that is always there for me when on sleepy rest days.

I'm sure this has been toproped before, the top portion for sure.  The rock is surprisingly decent with fun climbing the whole way.  Enjoy!

Start low down at the bottom of the slab for the full experience or skip the beginning move by climbing the easy right-angling crack on the left.  Climb up left of the tree, then trend left onto the face left of the arete.  Join the last bolt of Magic Bag before the roof, pull the roof trending left.  It is possible to join Magic Bag at this point if you are tired of clipping bolts.  Either way, join the two-bolt anchor of Snidely's Whiplash at the big break in the wall.

Location Suggest change

Down the hill to the right of Snidely's Whiplash (big obvious huecos) and to the right of Magic Bag, just left of the bush/tree sticking out of the crack.

Protection Suggest change

9 bolts with a two bolt anchor, all 1/2" SS hardware
