Description Suggest change

Explorer 1 ascends an overhanging arete with flowy & compression climbing culminating in last move, redpoint, cross move to an ear hold. Then rock right and over the bulge.

Begin seated with your right hand on a crimp/edge on the arete and your left hand on either of the juggy sidepulls.

Location Suggest change

Coordinates are: 39°59'16.3"N 105°17'28.6"W.

Hike past Toe to Toe for 30 seconds, and then cut left up the hillside following the ridge line. You will come to a clearing with a gully on your left, look for cairns & keep straight across the hillside wrapping around the formation on your right on the far side. You should be looking more or less straight up the Third Flatiron from below.

Boulder gets shade until about 1pm and then again is shaded around 4:30pm (as of April 27th).
