Description Suggest change

5050 climbs the interesting features between Arrow Head and Flatus.  The route goes directly up from the shared 1st bolt and continues up and over 2 distinct flakes.  There are many interesting options/techniques of climbing on this route (hint: mantle, undercling, side-pulls).

Don’t get sucked into either of the routes off to the sides, follow the bolts straight up/the direct line to the top.  The moves/holds are all there, look for them.  A worthy addition to the lower tier.

All hardware is new stainless 3/8”  with a new anchor up top w/ rings.

Location Suggest change

5050 is nestled right between Arrow Head and Flatus.  The route shares the same 1st bolt with both of those routes.  Arrow Head veers left at the first bolt, Flatus veers right, 5050 goes straight up.

Protection Suggest change

4 bolts. (Optional BD .75 or a green Z4 or equivalent)
