Most of the 14-acre property at Hanging Mountain has been designated as Priority Habitat by MassWildlife’s Natural Heritage & Endangered Species Program (NHESP). As a result, Hanging Mountain and any work performed there is heavily regulated to ensure that the WMCC is in compliance with the Massachusetts Endangered Species Act and Wetlands Protection Act.

Description
So you've decided to keep going after the first pitch....
Climb up a delicate face clipping a line of bolts (super awesome), and head towards the splitter dihedral. Power through a bouldery move into the dihedral (the crux, protected by a bolt), and work your way up to the ledge.
Now, this is why you brought those big cams. Plug in the #4 and 5 up a wide crack to reach the chains.
**NOTE**: a 70m rope rappel from the top will NOT reach the ground.
