Description

Paul Robinson’s low start to Wolf at the Door takes a great line and adds a slightly less awkward start along with some difficulty.

Begin squatting at the bottom of the wall, on the flat earth, from a good, sidepull edge. A huge right hand cross move leads immediately into Wolf... with some extra fatigue, making a low percentage line even harder.

Personally, I think this line adds some fun moves and a better start to Wolf..., but Wolf... is already so great it’s hard to say if this is truly a better line. If you can, do them both. It doesn’t matter. Have fun on this southern crimpfest.

Location

Start about 6 feet down and right from Wolf... on a nice sidepull with bad foot holds. Climb left and into Wolf....

Protection

Only one more pad than needed for Wolf....
