Description Suggest change

This is a nice pitch to avoid the harder/dicier start of Wide Country. Take The Bastille Crack up to where there's a down-pointing flake immediately to your right. Traverse straight over to it, then swing down and around with good gear (10b) over to the right, where you'll join Wide Country for another 20 feet or so of easier moves up to the bolted anchors.

For a stellar pitch of 5.10, start on Northcutt Start!

A standard Eldo rack with nothing bigger than a #2 needed once you leave The Bastille Crack. A 70m rope is mandatory, but if you're lowering, you will likely need to downclimb a few feet! There are bolted anchors at the top.
