Description Suggest change

A slightly bold route that climbs a lot better than it looks. This has cleaned up a good bit as of 2023. Don’t Fly Over Russia starts as for The Prow finish, but instead of stepping out right into the crack, climb straight up the flaring, right facing corner. About half way out, it’s possible to step left to a jug on the arete, get a piece of small gear here and make sure it’s good, you won’t get another one for a while! Step back out into the corner and perform a wild sequence spanning between the arete and the corner, utilizing some good feet on the left wall. Pull around the corner on slopers, gaining a ledge stance out left as you notice your last piece feels awfully far. Make one last engaging mantle to the top. Belay from cracks or the big tree behind the fence.

Location Suggest change

This is the small corner between Commando Run and the last pitch of The Prow.

Protection Suggest change

Small cams and nuts. Belay from wide finger sized gear at the top. I didn’t place anything bigger than a 0.4 on route.
