Warning Access Issue: Wall owned by railroad. DetailsDrop down

Description Suggest change

Great side pull climbing. Crux is halfway up when the wall shifts and you must cross to pull from the other side. Wall is very deteriorated at crux. Avoid loose gravel at crux move, the loose chunk of stone at the top, and the rusty railing at the top out. Enjoy the skyline view at the top and walk down the loading ramp.

Location Suggest change

Canal & 25th (South East side of intersection.) At the bottom of the railroad loading ramp. For best access in climbing, try toward the evening or on a Sunday when the railroad yard is not operating to avoid any police disturbance calls. Due to the highway overpass and the yard above the crack, climbing is basically impossible if its rained in the last few days.. the crack will be wet.

Protection Suggest change

Multiple crash pads and possibly something to hold them down. You'll be in a wind tunnel.
