Description

A great route that gets one letter grade easier every time you repeat it.

Climb through a few bolts of easy 5.8 onto a ledge.  Clip the bolt overhead, and head up the steep face, mostly using high feet and layback type moves in the right corner.

(The route name refers to an unfortunate encounter the FA had with a cactus on the day she snagged the first ascent.)

Location

Right of the Scorpion Ledge and Spineless is a dirty chimney and a small cave with a flat landing in front of it. Gluteal Glochids starts just right of the landing.

Protection

8 bolts to lower offs.
