Location Suggest change

Andy's Hat is the cliff fifty feet up road from Punch and Judy Towers pullout. Walk to the up road end of the cliff. Scramble 30 feet down a somewhat slippery scree slope. The route climbs the skyline starting above an obvious cleft.

Description Suggest change

This climb has a big muscle move above a cleft that leads to more moderate climbing. This leads to the crux and what for me at 5'6" is a reachy move. The move at the roof involves a reach to a bucket. The undercut nature meant I had to match hands and do a pull up to get my feet on. Might not be as exciting with a rope and a bolt above you. Ground up soloed then bolted.

Protection Suggest change

7 bolts, Steel lower off biners
