Description Suggest change

Starting in an overhanging corner next to a fir tree, pull up and into a corner, trending slightly left, through a short band of loose/dirty rock. Stemming upward against the clean overhanging left wall, work the beautifully featured crack past a few more bolts to a 2-bolt chain/steel biner top anchor. The most scratchin’ fun you can have with crampons on! Classic by Vail drytool standards.

Location Suggest change

It is 30’ left of the West side WI3 ice route, almost sharing a start with Lowe Angle.

Protection Suggest change

6 bolts to 2-bolt chain draw anchor. This can be supplemented with cams (BD #0.3-#2) or Lowe Balls if ya got ’em.
