The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Boulder up brown patina to a high first bolt, pass a horizontal and continue up the tan, lumpy face above to anchors on a ledge.
Location
Around and right from N00ber Goober on the south face and just left of a right slanting seam.
