Description Suggest change

Another easy streambed ice climb. Similar to Silver Cascade, Flume Cascade is a long, easy slide with a few ice bulges here and there. It can be long ice slab in early season or a snow climb with ice bulges. Either way, it's a great place for a first multi pitch, a quick solo after climbing Willard, or a place to practice climbing in alpine style.

Location Suggest change

Right on route 302, look for signs for Flume Cascade. There is a parking area just across from Silver Cascade down the hill.

Protection Suggest change

A light rack of screws, maybe slings for trees.
