This is a popular warm-up for some of the amazing climbs here that just wasn't on MP yet. You can start with a stand or squat matching your hands on the low bulge and your feet on the lowest part of the bottom bump out. Work your feet up to the big pedestal on the left and your hands on the left arete. Follow that up and out.
