Description

This is a good hole. To start, climb into the hole and wiggle up. Next, bid a farewell to the warmth of the hole and claw your way out. Once out of the hole, belay your second up and traverse directly across to the tree rappel on Flanders Field. I would recommend this hole.

Location

Locate the big hole next to Flanders Field.

Protection

Headlamp, single rack to #2/3 and maybe some nuts/tricams. Screws and spectres for an anchor.

[Hide Comment] Ol' Bubba and me (Skyler Pauli and Casey Smith) climbed this back in '08, write up here: montanaice.com/node/831. It's called In Through the Out Door, it's also in JoJo's new book. Good on ya for being adventurous enough to head into that thing, I like the cut of yer jib. Nov 29, 2020
