The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start on the right side of the boulder with the plated horizontal crack. traverse to the left end of the plates (just above some rocks down below, may want to place the pad here), then continue up to the low angled juggy parts above, traversing right)
