Description
Either can be free soloed or a top rope anchor can be set up around the small but decent tree above the route in the mulch.
The top/finishing holds are slightly loose, beware.
Location
This route is located to the right of the largest staircase. This staircase is right next to Xavier's library. If you're by the library and the large staircase with the statue look right at the bottom and it should be extremely obvious. Walk down the sidewalk on the right side all the way down at the walls highest point.
