Description Suggest change

MB said this was called Papa Bell’s Arete, but it wasn’t published in the BB. Also known as Great White.

Climbs the tall NE arete on the triangular Boulder. Start with the left hand on the arete and a right hand in a shot hole about 7 feet up. Crux is in the middle, hands get tricky. Work your way up the arete to the top.

Going to the larger mono in the middle of the face with the right hand, then straight to one of the higher monos with the right makes it harder, solid V4, and more exciting!

Landing is good, but falling from the top is a long way.

Location Suggest change

This Boulder is about 5 minutes west down the main trail from the Western most house in Wasatch resort. About half way there choose the downhill fork that stays closer to the creek.

After about 1/4 mile from the house the trail splits again and you can see the large Boulder in a clearing to your left away from the stream.

Alternately you can continue West on the trail that goes up by The Cube and Yukon, and just continue W and you'll find yourself in the clearing with this one.
