Description

Very aesthetic, long line up the center of the shield following the large left leaning crack and shooting slightly to the right at a solid finger crack.

Location

Route up the middle of the "Canadian Shield"

Protection

One bolt at the beginning of the route. Gear is tricky, but likely doesn't warrant a PG-13. Bolted anchor at the top.

[Hide Comment] An offset nut is helpful to protect the section about 8 feet above the first bolt. After that, the gear is pretty bomber the whole way. The beginning of the center crack (halfway up), looks flaring and unprotectable for the first few feet, but there is great gear higher up. Sep 24, 2023
