Description Suggest change

This is the crag's namesake route, established in 1992. Aid through the short bulge, and free climb one of Lolo's finest cracks to updated lower-off anchor.

The start definitely goes free, but is quite painful and just plain hard. Going to be awesome when someone does it!

Obvious splitter.

Protection Suggest change

Gear to 2 or 3 in. In Brad Hutcheson's 1992 Lolo Pass Guide, he writes to step down and right to find a "thread runner for rappel". Sometime since 1992, someone put in a chain anchor, and in 2020 I added a modern bolt with a lower-off hook.
