Access Issue: Approach Crosses Private Land Details

Description

Climb a featured slab to a ledge below a blank band. Pull delicate moves to an immaculate face. Exiting the face and/ or the final boulder problem below the chains is the crux. If your under 6ft, its probably closer to 12 than 11, for taller folks it might feel significantly easier.
