Description

On the left side of the notch between the huge boulder and the wall, ascend ledge systems for several moves (5.10). As you rise, more ledges, although none as good as the first, provide the crux. The steep rock and poor holds pushes this route to 5.10d. Use the scarce holds to mount the lip of the cliff (5.10b). This nice climb is easily ruined and demoted to low 5th Class if the boulder is used for stemming.

Location

The huge boulder makes an obvious landmark. Start on the left side of the notch.

Protection

Anchors can be shared with Quarantine Machine or built slightly to the north. A standard rack up to #3 and several nuts should work for all Quarantine Wall anchors.
