Description

Start sitting in the pocket on the bottom right side of the main face, then pull on and finish as for Scott's Traverse. The climbing is very sustained, with a heartbreaking crux stab to the pocket before topping out as for Scary Overhang.

Protection

3 or more pads would be ideal to cover the full length of the traverse. You could get away with a towel for the start and 1–2 pads to cover the crux and/or finish.

[Hide Comment] There's an even lower start on the bottom right side of the boulder. I've done all the moves many years ago, but could never link "heartbreaking crux stab to the pocket" from the ground. Would probably go at V9 or V10. Start sitting with a couple of very small pockets 2-3 ft off the ground and feet obscured by grass and connect diagonally into the stand via very sustained moves. FA may still be up for grabs.
