Description

To the right of the North Arete is the deep Northwest Gulley. A large curving chimney leads up the North Face of the Sphinx starting at the base of the Northwest Gulley.

Location

Scramble up a steep grassy slope to belay at a tree on a small ledge where the proper climbing starts.
