The Sierra NF has issued a closure order May 4 - June 13th. This is a large area closure which covers many of the main access roads in the Sierra National forest. Closure includes parts of Beasore rd. and Minarets road. Access to several popular Western Sierra climbing areas including parts of Shuteye Ridge, the Balls, Mammoth Pools etc. will be affected. Many of these roads are buried in snow at the moment anyway.

Description
Starts in a right facing flared corner for 25 feet to a small roof. A thin flake right of the corner accepts small cams and opens up for a couple lay back moves below the roof. The flared corner has good hand jams until it widens below the roof. Face climb up a dike past three bolts and a crux. A little run out leads to a rest below a steeper bulge with two more bolts and a final crux.
