Access Issue: Technically Illegal to climb in rock creek, though the land is publicly owned (no private property concerns)
Details
It's against national park rules to climb in Rock Creek Park, so do it at your own risk. Most of the areas are sheltered or more remote, and with clear chalk marks on the rock (as of 2020) it seems that people have been coming to some of these places on and off for years.
