Description

Stand-start with your right hand on a crimpy undercling and your left on a crimper rail, then make a large move to a sloper, go straight up the arete from there, and top out a little further left.

Location

This is the far right arete on the Exercise Boulder. It is the orange line.

Protection

Two pads and a good spot.

[Hide Comment] The first right hand move up to the sloper is definitely the crux. I was able to stick the move after numerous attempts by using an index finger and thumb catch, this felt very low percentage. I also topped out by going left to a huge jug on the lip, the right bit is covered in lichen. Great problem overall, a classic in Dry Creek, hard V5 / soft V6. Jun 7, 2020
