Description

Straight forward climbing to start out. In contrast to the name, there's a really well defined and obvious crux. The thin, cryptic face just below the roof, beautiful movement required here!

You can also view the roof above as a red point crux. There are good holds, but they are tremendously difficult to see make the roof a bit desperate! 1 bolt after and easy slab to finish out.

Location

Look for the perma draw on the roof, trace the line down. Towards the right (south) end of Lower Bear.

Protection

7(?) bolts (count them, add one for the bolt above the roof that's out of sight), 1 perma. 2 bolt anchor with biners.
