Description Suggest change

Yellow Point is a system for trad similar to the red point and pink point for sport climbing.  There is green, yellow, purple and brown point.  This system was developed by Tom and myself and is used by no one else.  A yellow point has the trad gear already in place when you lead it.  We were placing bolts and need gear to keep us in line and close to the rock.

You can also lead it from the ground up without pre-place gear (green point).

This is a route done in the old Montana style of oral tradition.  With the FOB and the recent ban by the BNF and the bolts that have been vandalize at the North Rim - I won't give any details looks like for the next 18 months.  But if your a climber you can come talk to me.
