Description

Most of the route is class three with the odd move of four. It is also possible to get around the steep grade 5- curtain on the right.

Location

Heading West on Hwy 16 from Terrace a large rock wall can be seen before crossing the Exchamsiks bridge. Sometimes a large volume of ice freezes up. When it does and your not worried about ice daggers falling on your head, get out there for a route called Deep Freeze. Park on West side of bridge in the entrance to the boat launch. This area is usually plowed.
