Turtle Neck

Description

Started on a crimp and ended on the nice round grab at the top. Easy to come down around the side. This rock is a great overhang with a lot of different problems. This was probably the easiest route on it. There is probably 4 or 5 more on this one overhang. My one issue with it is the rocks underneath make it hard to have some even mat placement. Other than that it is a really great spot and I hope other people check it out.

Location

It is to the left on the trail in the first clearing of the trees up the hill. There is a small patch of pines, it is just beyond that.

[Hide Comment] Meow Sherwood, good point. I will remove the x's and o's and let the line speak for itself! Feb 4, 2020
[Hide Comment] Did some climbing here today, rock was a bit wet but still climbable and fun. Only use one pad but more could've been useful. Cool overhang. Nov 21, 2020
