Description
Just rounding out the routes to the summit from the Vacas Valley side. Starting from Camp 2 at the Polish Glacier, traverse climbers right of the glacier aiming to intersect the standard trail a few hundred feet below the old Independencia hut. This route is less traveled and takes you across some easy snow slopes (30-40deg). Be prepared for crowds once you hit the main trail. From this point, follow the main trail to the summit.
