Description

This route seems to deserve the name given to its supposed “variation”. Start standing with hands on a pocket and a slopey edge to the right of the pocket (the undercling that was previously used to start on in conjunction with the pocket seems to have broken). Slap up with hands just right of the arete to a crack and make an easy top out over the prow of the arete.

This route is #15 on Boulder 3: The Allusionist Block in the Death Block Area in the Brayack and Keenan Falcon guidebook.

Location

The arete to the right of Given to Suck. Look for the pocket beside the arete on the left. There is a rock to your back. Your body stays on the left side of the arete for the whole route.

Protection

You are between 2 rocks for this route so don’t fall backwards.
