Description

Have yourself a nice thorough warmup, maybe do some shoulder stretches, maybe jump up and down a little and get yourself all jazzed up before tying in for this one. When you're good and fired up and sufficiently stoked, charge up the easy slab and go get physical with the vertical portion of the wall. If you're on the taller side, you can probably skip the warmup stretches and the jumping up and down. The crux is the vertical section but it's no gimme after that. Have fun!
