Description

Short climb to a stand-on-it ledge sets you up to hand walk out the horizontal crack between roofs, then leg over and up. Top ledge may have leaves and sticks on it. Short, fun, odd route that, with some traffic, will clean up nicely. Good roof route for the moderate climber with a free rappel if you want it, or bushwhack up to the Upper Tier. Be careful bushwhacking as you are in the beerchucker zone. No bolts - all trad, but could use bolted top anchors for the rap to skip the bushwhack.

Location

Up the steep gully left of New Kid in Town. Route is where two roof slabs overlap in different directions with a prominent flake below. Do not scramble further up the steep gully to hike out from the base as it is not an authorized trail.
