The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Sit start under a roof with hands matched on a jug. Work up rail and slopers to a tough mantel.

On the boulder to the right of the problem listed as unnamed v0. I added a few pics to make it easier to spot too.
