Description
Calypso I is typically done by traversing the easy ramp to the right. It is possible to do the route with a direct start on the face below the main route ledge. The direct start is definitely the crux for the whole route, but the holds are good and there are two horizontals for placing pro. Once you get onto the main ledge, follow the flake to the top.
