[Hide Comment] Needs some serious cleaning up top, way too easy to bail right into night shade Jul 24, 2020

[Hide Comment] It has slowly gotten taller from erosion. The holds are still there though, there is a pinch and a knobby thing on the lower face. The bottom is bouldery and top slabby. I would have given this more stars, even though short, I think it is pretty good, just a bouldery shorter

[Hide Comment] The holds on this don't seem chossy. Same as they were 30 years ago. Pretty bullet proof. I will say there is a lot of body tension and power involved, the first three are 4 moves off the ground are the crux. In fact just getting off the ground is decently hard. I remember coming back from out west and thinking this could easily be a short bouldery 12a/b out west. Once at the midpoint it turns much more technical and slabby, a bit dirty right now.
Start in the middle of the face not on the right side, two side pulls opposing for you hands, left foot stands up hard in a rounded crack bump that is hard to trust. Then some powerful reaches and bumps till you get to the big knob. You should be able to avoid nightshade entirely Jun 29, 2021
