Description
The first route climbed on the cliff! Tough moves pulling a bulge and traversing beneath a roof down low leading to a much easier climbing above.
Location
Follows the crack about 15' to the left of the large detached pillar and dirty gully on the southern side of the crag. Anchor (single bolt) can be found by following the hiking trail around the south side of the false summit (north side passes a bee hive!) and around just past a few palo verde trees on the back wall.
Protection
Best as a Top rope. There is a single bolt on the back wall at the top of the cliff, which can be back up by threading a little handle in the rock with some webbing or cord. Anchor should be extended to avoid rope damage. Leading as trad is possible although I wouldn't trust the grungy crack to hold you.
