Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures Details

The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

From the first bolt of Soft Cell move right and climb a steep slab up to a horizontal crack, then traverse left along the crack to the Soft Cell 2-bolt anchor.

Protection

2-bolt anchor (less than 80 foot rappel). I used two #3 camaolts in the horizontal crack for directionals.
