Access Issue: Neighborhood Parking
Details
Please be mindful of the neighbors on Big Rock Lake Road. Do not park along the road, generate excessive noise in the parking lot or at the cliff, or camp out. If the parking is full, use the spot at the intersection of Preston McDaniel and Nine Times Roads. This is a neighborhood, drive slow and be courteous. Violating one of these rules is an easy way to get the cliff shutdown for everyone.
Access Issue: Raven Nesting
Details
Do not climb here if there is an active raven's nest. Please contact the Carolina Climbers Coalition if you notice an active ravens above the Dihedral.
Description
An amazing finger crack in a dihedral that you will wish was longer!
Look for this iconic arching left facing dihedral at the Inversion Wall. The climbing is hard as soon as you start and doesn't really let up. Tech your way up the corner placing small gear to a set of anchors. There is a fixed piece in the middle that is presumably from the FA party. The upper finger crack stays wet for a couple of days after a rain.
