This route feels like a highball bouldering problem, but there are spots to add protection. It's a pumpy start, leading to the crux coming out of the roof. Great problem to top rope with its chain anchors at the top. 

Scramble up the wash at the base of lower Peacepipe Arroyo. The Roof will be an obvious feature to the right.
